How to cancel
Cancellation policy for all fee based lessons: If you are unable to attend your regularly scheduled riding lesson all cancellations should be done through our lesson coordinator at email@example.com. Please note that no-shows and cancellations made within three hours of the lesson may not be made up. If you need to cancel please include the following information on your email to our lesson coordinator. Cancellations not containing this information will be considered a no-show and will not receive a make up. Lesson fees are not refundable and it is the responsibility of each student/family to schedule make up lessons. If you wish to stop or pause lessons, a 30 day written notice by email or letter is required to firstname.lastname@example.org.
